Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation timeline outlined below.
Any bank charges, service fees, or transaction fees associated with refunds will be deducted from the total refund amount.
60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Aarav & Aadhya is not responsible for additional costs incurred by travelers due to trip cancellations, such as visa fees, flight tickets, or travel insurance.
Requests for date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Modifications must be requested at least 14 days before departure to avoid penalties.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
In cases of medical emergencies, documented illness, or unavoidable circumstances, we may provide partial refunds or rescheduling options at our discretion.
Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates) may be required.
