  • DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN VISAKHAPATNAM

    Morning Flight from Delhi Arrive in the morning at Vizag Airport, then proceed to Rayagada, the tribal capital of Orissa, stopping along the way at Telugu villages. Spend the night at the Rayagada Hotel Sai or Tejaswi International. Total Distance: 205 km/5 hours

     

  • DAY 2 : CHATIKANA – KUVI KONDH VILLAGE – JEYPUR

    After breakfast, drive to Chatikana (45km/1 hour) to visit the weekly market of the Hill Dongaria Kondh tribes, one of the primitive sections of the Kondh tribes of Orissa. They are known for using infanticide to increase the fertility of the turmeric field, and the women wear beautiful jewelry with Tatoos, and the young boys are also heavily decorated to attract their counterparts. Later, drive to Jeypur (230km/5 hours), stopping along.

  • DAY 3: : ONUKADALLY-JEYPORE

    In the morning, visit the Bonda and Gadaba tribes' weekly market at Onukadally and observe the primitive Bonda tribes of India; the women are exquisitely adorned, while the men appear to be barbaric. Following a fruitful exchange of ideas, visit Mali and the Gadaba villages before heading back to Jeypore.

     

  • DAY 4: JEYPORE - JAGDALPUR

    Visit the tribal settlements of Bhatra and Bhunjias in the morning, then go to the tribal market in Nuagaon. In the afternoon, travel to Jagdalpur, Bastar, and see the Lohandiguda Tribal Market, where all the tribal tribes from South Bastar congregate. Spend the evening and night in Jagdalpur town.

  • DAY 5: JAGDALPUR

    Dhruva Tribal village – Mardoom Market – Bastar palace: (Total 150kms) Visit the Dhurwa tribal villages in the morning. Being a subgroup of the Gond, the Dhurwa live in small villages and have their own unique house and living patterns. In the afternoon, visit the Mardoom tribal market, where many Dhruwa and Maria come to sell their various utility items. Later, spend the evening at leisure before spending the night.

  • DAY 6: JAGDALPUR – KONDAGAON TRIBAL MARKET – KANKER (TOTAL 200 KM)

    Visit the Muria tribal settlement in the morning and observe their lovely Ghotul dance. Then, go to the weekly market of the Muria tribes in Kondagaon or Narayanpur. In the afternoon, travel back to Jagdalpur and spend the night there.

  • DAY 7 : JAGDALPUR - KAKARIGUMA MARKET OF PARAJA AND MALI TRIBE - RAYAGADA

    Visit Koraput Jagannath temple in the morning, then drive to Rayagada, stopping along the way to see the Kakariguma market of Bara Paraja, Kuvi Kondh, and Mali tribes. Spend some free time in the market and spend the night in Rayagada.

     

  • DAY 8 : : RAYAGADA – SAORA VILLAGE – GOPALPUR ON SEA, 240KM/6HRS

    Morning drive to Rambha, stopping briefly at the South Orissan villages and the Taptapani Hot Sulphur Spring, where Hindus pray to the spring deity for childbearing, as well as the Lanjia Saora tribe village and their dance. Saoras are Australoid in race and speak their own dialect.

  • DAY 9 : GOPALPUR ON SEA – CHILIKA LAGOON – RAHURAJPURG – PURI

    Morning boating in the lagoon (2/3hrs) to Temple Island, where you might see a group of Irrawaddy Dolphins; Later drive to the holy city of Puri, stopping along the way to witness the young boys' performance of the acrobatic dance called Gotipua (optional); If time permits, visit the Jagannath temple of Puri from the outside, as Hindus are only permitted inside; spend the night in Puri.

     

  • DAY 10: KONARK SUN TEMPLE – BHUBANESHWAR TEMPLES DEPARTURE

    Drive to Konark in the morning (35 km/1 hour) to see the well-known Sun Temple of Konark, then drive to Bhubaneswar (75 km/2 hours) to see some of the city's historic and well-known temples, such as Parasurameswara, Mukteswar, Rajarani, Lingaraja, and so on. Finally, drive to the airport for your evening flight to Your Destination.
