Onukudelli is another paradise with wonderful gorgeous nature, located on the Eastern Ghats. It is an isolated community with a big hydroelectric power facility. Apart from the indigenous populations, those designated as ‘lower caste or scheduled caste’ also dwell here since their previous few generations. The place takes pride in its natural panoramic view - lush green woodlands, cluster of hills, quiet surroundings with a rich endowment of flora and fauna and above all, the tribal societies inhabiting in this area. The originality of the state is actually kept by its tribal population. They continue to lead a rural existence in the lap of nature. These tribal communities welcome the section of people who grasp the concept of living together and join hands to work together to attain any shared interest to cater to the benefits of their society. Every society has its own set of regulations in respect to commerce and trade. These improve and strengthen their oneness to live and toil collectively as one. The tribal communities although have embraced many sorts of odd employment at present, nevertheless their basic living depend on hunting and cultivation. These tribal people are believed to be adept huntsmen and run an unrestrained way of life. The rituals and festivals observed by the tribal communities are still being followed, honored and nourished since the distant past to the present day.
